I played the nightly tournament on a Thursday. When I arrived at GSR, it was about 5pm, and the poker room had 1 table going, their Thursday night Limit Omaha H/L. There was a bit of a 'situation' happening between a regular, and the floor man. The floor had picked up the regular's chips as he'd gone to dinner, and previously they had 2 tables going and had to break one to keep the game going. All pretty standard, and the floor handled the unreasonably grumpy regular quite well. The Floor also apologized to the table, and those of us bystanders for the way the unreasonable regular was behaving. He also handled the regular with patience and courtesy, despite the regular raising his voice and being rude.

The tournament was fun, full of regulars who know each other by name and by style of play. $25 tourney is really a $45 with unlimited rebuys. Tons of chips on the table after break, probably 45 buy ins from 17 players. I bubbled the tournament, twice this same trip!(two different casinos) But it's a fun game with interesting people and courteous staff. John the dealer was great! Called me 'Nebraska' the whole night, as I'm from there, and was wearing a Husker pullover.

Complimentary food, drinks, etc were all quite good.
The only negative is that cell service in the poker room is nearly non-existent. No charger locations or USB ports in the room. But that's pretty nit picky.
