In 1918, Blas Infante, known as the Father of Andalucia, held the first Andalusian Assembly in this buiding. The bright new regional flag was unveiled at this event as well, making it all the more significant. If you enter the patio on the ground floor (just ask the janitor) you'll see on the wall a plaque dedicated to that first, historic assembly.
